How Refunds Work
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Subscriptions
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first order; subsequent subscription shipments can be canceled to stop future charges.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards are non-refundable.
EU 14-Day Cancellation
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
